May is Mental Health Awareness and National Pet Month. As we all deal with the current changes in our world, our emotional health is more important than ever. Animals can have a profound impact on our well-being and help us live mentally healthier lives. In honor of this special month and to bring awareness to the power of the human-animal bond, we invite you to participate in our What My Pet Means to Me Photo Challenge, sponsored by our amazing community partner, Citrix.
Let’s celebrate all of our amazing furry friends who’ve helped us get through some tough times!
(ALL types of pets are eligible for entry.)
HOW TO ENTER
- Email us a photo of your pet (with or without you) to petchallenge@catdogs.org.
- Include your pet's name and a few sentences about how they've helped you and/or what they mean to you.
- Photos MUST be received by May 31st.
Canine Assisted Therapy and our community partner Citrix, will select the winner based on cuteness and heart. The top 3 finalists’ photos and stories will be posted on the Canine Assisted Therapy Facebook page and the winner will be announced on June 3rd.
THE PRIZE
The winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card and a feature post on Canine Assisted Therapy's Facebook and Instagram pages (reaching over 187,000 followers). Winner will be contacted via email and gift card will be sent electronically.
ELIGIBILITY AND OFFICIAL RULES No purchase necessary. The What My Pet Means to Me Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this promotion and live in the United States in order to qualify. The giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Canine Assisted Therapy Inc’s employees as well as members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household of employees are ineligible to win in the What My Pet Means to Me Challenge. By entering the What My Pet Means to Me Photo Challenge, participant grants permission for Canine Assisted Therapy to share their entry photo and story on social media. The Winner will be notified by June 3, 2020. If the Winner fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time the award notification was sent or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize offered in the What My Pet Means to Me Challenge Contest by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
