How does it work? After completing a request form and receiving confirmation that it can be accommodated, you will be asked to provide us with the appropriate meeting link. You will receive information about the TelePet who will be participating and on the scheduled date and time of your meeting, the pet's handler will log in to greet your attendees.
FACILITIES AND HOSPITALS - Looking to brighten the day of an isolated resident or patient? Schedule a video call with a TelePet! Our TelePet program aims to reach individuals who are alone or unable to receive physical visits. This unique face-to-face call encourages conversation and a feeling of connection.
How does it work? Facilities or hospitals requesting this service must have a designated staff member to facilitate the call with a smartphone or computer using FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, etc. After completing a request form and receiving confirmation that your call can be accommodated, you will receive information about the TelePet team who will be contacting you on the scheduled date and time of your call.
